Meet Troy

Lieutenant Troy Siewert (Ret.) is a nationally certified trainer, Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) officer, and FBI-trained crisis negotiator with 30 years of law enforcement experience.

He has personally resolved over 1,000 mental health crises and trained more than 5,000 professionals in mental health awareness and crisis intervention.

Troy understands the immense responsibility officers carry during high-stress calls involving a mental health crisis. Through Insightful Crisis Response, he helps officers elevate their crisis response skills and positively impact outcomes for everyone involved.
